The majority of jobs based in Bermuda are normally for a 2 to 3 year period with the option to renew for another 2 to 3 year period.  All positions are deemed to be permanent, in that they are salaried, attracting full benefits such as:

In order to be employed in Bermuda, candidates must be issued with a valid work permit, which is obtained on the candidates behalf, by the hiring company in Bermuda, from the Bermuda Immigration Department.  In most instances, employers will assist with your relocation to Bermuda to include economy airfare ticket and normally 2 to 4 weeks temporary accommodation when you arrive to the island.
