Angela began her career in the Recruitment Industry in 1992 working for one of the leading, national Information Technology (IT) recruitment companies, based in the United Kingdom. During the six year period she lived in the UK, Angela honed her recruitment skills, becoming one of the top recruiters, supplying IT talent across the South of England.

In 1998 Angela had the opportunity to join an executive search company based in Bermuda, as Executive IT Recruitment Consultant. At that time the company wanted to establish an IT Recruitment service to compliment their existing Financial Services portfolios.

Angela seized this opportunity to relocate to Bermuda, as it not only provided her with her next career advancement, but afforded her the opportunity to return ‘home’, to the island of her childhood, where she spent fifteen years of her life growing up.

From 1998 to 2001 Angela successfully established the IT recruitment arm of the executive search firm. She built up a healthy client base on the island and a solid reputation for providing a superior recruitment service to the companies and employers she worked with.

Not being content with the ‘status quo’ of running a successful IT recruitment portfolio, Angela again seized the opportunity to challenge herself and advance her career by joining a start-up recruitment company, based in Bermuda, in mid 2001. It was during this time that Angela’s near decade of recruitment experience and know how was applied to the formulation and establishment of the recruitment initiatives and practices that exist in the company today.

Angela left Bermuda in 2007 after eight and a half years and relocated to Australia. During her time in Bermuda she developed and established an outstanding reputation as a highly competent recruitment professional, who is widely respected by the clients she worked with.

Now settled in Australia, Angela continues to push her own personal boundaries and has set up her own executive recruitment business – OZ Global Recruitment. Angela has recognized that Bermuda’s various local and international businesses will always have a need to recruit certain skills from abroad. By forming OZ Global Recruitment Angela and her team can supply qualified and experienced talent from the Australian and New Zealand jurisdictions.
